Covenants
Our covenants are designed to maintain our status as a neighborhood of choice and are key to maintaining and improving property values. As such, your HOA Board, which is bound by its fiduciary responsibility, works hard to enforce covenants as written.

Because Rushbrooke is comprised of three areas that were developed separately, each area has its own set of covenants, with very few differences between the three.  The links in the column to the right are organized by topic to provide you with easy access to the covenant information you may need.

Please note: The Architectural Committee must approve plans for any building, structure of any kind, fence, wall, paving, swimming pool, exterior lighting exterior antenna, or free standing mailbox before any such project is started. Failure to receive such approval may result in fines and/or legal action. Please familiarize yourself with this Covenant, which allows for up to twenty (20) days for the Committee to review and approve or disapprove any project. You may contact the Architectural Committee HERE
