- All open lot areas shall be sodded and the front of each residence professionally landscaped within 30 days of completion of home. Plant material shall be sufficient in size, quantity and spacing to achieve a full foundation planting across the entire front elevation of the home.
- The use of artificial or manmade plant material is prohibited. Other ornamental landscape design items including, but not limited to, statues, flagpoles, and benches, must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Seasonal and holiday exterior decorations may be used if timely and seasonably displayed.
